Exciting Summer Camp Programs 2025 at Berry Family Childcare Society!
A Vibrant Extravaganza of Activities and Fun
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming summer camp program, filled with wonderful activities that your children will absolutely love. Each week is specially designed to offer unique adventures, making it the perfect opportunity for your kids to explore, learn, and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment. Here’s a sneak peek at what we have planned for each exciting week.
All children must be 6 yrs of age by Dec.31, 2025 to 12
Week 1: Beach Week July 2 –July 4th
Length | 3 Days : $225
Kick off the summer with our Beach Week! The kids will enjoy sandcastle-building contests, beach themed crafts, and fun games like beach volleyball and frisbee. We will also have a splash day where the children can cool off with water play activities. It’s a perfect way to start the summer with a splash. We will be taking field trips to Ambleside and Cates Park.
Week 2: Treasure Week July 7th-11th
Length | 5 Days : $390
Adventure awaits in Treasure Week! Kids will have a chance to participate in geocaching and scavenger hunts around the North Shore. They’ll learn to read maps, solve clues and find hidden treasures. Its an excellent way to develop problem-solving skills and enjoy the great outdoors. We will have field trips to the Shipyards and Lonsdale Quay as well as various geocaching spots. Compass Included!
Week 3: Sports Week July 14th-18th
Length | 5 Days : $375
The third week is a celebration of sports, Ready, Set, Go! Sports Week is all about getting active and learning new skills. From soccer and Basketball to relay races and obstacle courses, our young athletes will have the chance to try out some sports and develop team work. We will also have field trips to Can Lan Sports center for skating and Seymour Creek Golf Center for Mini Golf.
Week 4: Bike Week July 21st-25th
Length | 5 Days : $375
Pedal Power takes over during Bike Week! Children are encouraged to bring their bikes and helmets for daily rides around the school and for the more experienced riders in the trails and forest. Well also organize some fun cycling challenges. It’s a great way to promote healthy exercise and bike safety. Scooter welcome too! All levels of riders welcome. Field Trip to Maplewood Farm and Deep Cove this week.
Week 5: Water Week July 28th-Aug 1st
Length | 5 Days : $375
Prepare for endless water fun during Water Week! This week will feature trip to local water parks where children can enjoy staying cool and having fun with friends. Well also have exciting water play and games back at the center. Bring your water gun and let’s have a blast under the sun. Field trips to Myrtle Water Park and Bridgman Park.
Week 6: Adventure Week Aug 18th-22nd
Length | 5 Days : $390
This week is all about exploring parks and the sights of Vancouver. This week the children will enjoy picnics, playgrounds, nature walks and more. We will also create some nature art and explore with painting. Field trips this week include Stanley Park and Strathcona Park. Includes carving tool!
Week 7: End of Summer Week Aug 25th-28th
Length | 4 Days : $300
The final week of summer camps concludes with field trips and fun around the North Shore. We will pick some of our favourite field trip spots from the summer and go back to explore. The last day we will have a movie and popcorn to celebrate a great summer filled with lots of fun and adventures.

Additional Information for Parents
What to Bring:
- Water bottles
- Sunscreen and a hat
- Comfortable clothing and shoes
- Extra change of clothes
- Bathing suit/towel/water shoes (optional)
- Lunch and 2 snacks (nut-free)
Important Notes:
- Summer Camps run from 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- Closed on July 1st-Canada Day and from August 4th -15th (2 weeks)
- Label all personal items with your child’s name.
